At the Global BPO Forum, we strive to help our members increase their effectiveness as leaders. Sometimes this increased effectiveness is a result of:
- idea sharing among peers
- the ability to leverage the executive experience of other members
- insight into best practices of other member organizations
- the research we provide on BPO issues

Community
The Forum hosts moderated online discussion groups with peers and program staff on key issues surrounding outsourcing and global sourcing.
Events
The Global BPO Forum holds several events each year, both in the UK and the U.S. We convene the membership to share our most recent research findings and often include lively panel discussions and case studies around the most salient issues that members are facing.
Best Practices and Research Programs
The Global BPO Forum dedicates a full-time staff of consultants analysts to study and present on leading issues facing our member organizations. Our work is informed by ongoing dialogue with our members, reinforced by careful review of the best of published thought. Practices presented aim for the highest level of actionable insight and address the most critical issues facing the membership, both deeply strategic and operationally tactical.
