How we create value

At the Global BPO Forum, we strive to help our members increase their effectiveness as leaders. Sometimes this increased effectiveness is a result of:

• idea sharing among peers
• the ability to leverage the executive experience of other members
• insight into best practices of other member organizations
• the research we provide on BPO issues

…and almost always we hear that their increased effectiveness as leaders has resulted in direct and measurable cost and time savings for our members and their companies.

Q. Does membership require a substantial time investment?

A. Increasingly, the standard against which members are judging us is our ability to conserve their time—to focus them on the “correct” set of strategic issues, to compress the time required to review the best current practices and to weed out bad ideas quickly.
