Global BPO Forum services are available to members only. The principle behind the membership policy is one of long-term commitment. Our shared interest is in maintaining a permanent board of the world's preeminent institutions, each benefiting from the others' experiences across extended periods of time. Our intention is to serve members so fully that there is little question of long-term commitment.

Member Stewardship
The Global BPO Forum recognizes that members receive the most value from our network to the extent that all feel comfortable contributing their own perspectives and innovations to our ongoing research. Forum staff are scrupulous stewards of the confidences shared with us by our members, and we harbor no commercial interest in any of the ideas or initiatives profiled in our research.
Service Guarantee
Global BPO Forum members pay one membership fee for each year. They may receive a refund of their contribution for the remaining term at any time across the year-for any reason.
