'Innovation in Customer Interaction' - Global BPO Forum
The 7th chapter of the Global BPO forum was held on December 03, 2008 at the London Business School, London. The event was hosted by the London Business School in association with 24/7 Customer. This forum topic was 'Innovation in Customer Interaction'.
Raymond Pettitt, Operations Director at Barclays shared the Barclays vision and their initiatives to that transform customer interaction through innovation.
Dr. Andrew Chang, Innovation Specialist, Prof. Phanish Puranam and Prof. Rajesh Chandy of London Business School discussed and shared their insights and experiences on how businesses are driving innovation in customer experience.
The forum was well attended by senior executives from large and medium organisations actively engaged in global sourcing or planning to leverage global resources for innovation. These included participants from the banking and financial services, logistics, media and entertainment, telecom and healthcare.
